Return Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period  
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. We are here to assist you.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange
The product must be in brand new condition, unused, undamaged, and with original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure that the product meets the following criteria:  
  • No damage or signs of use  
  • Original packaging is intact  
  • Includes all original accessories and gifts (if any)
3. Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:  
  • Underwear and intimate apparel  
  • Discounted items  
  • Opened or damaged products  
  • Customized items
4. Return and Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service center, providing your order number, name, and reason for return or exchange. After verification, we will provide you with detailed instructions.

5. Shipping Costs 
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or incorrect items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing 
Once the returned product passes inspection, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the product. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
